At this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas on a wide range of Rotaract topics in interactive workshops and listen to interesting and informative speakers, all designed to support and enhance the Rotaract activities underway your community. Keynote speakers will include the leaders of Rotary International.

Preconvention meeting sessions will be held at the McGill University New Residence Hall in downtown Montréal, Canada.

Eligibility
=============================
The Rotaract Preconvention Meeting is open to all Rotaractors and Rotarians. Rotaractors are encouraged to participate in the RI Convention at the Palais des Congrès in Montréal, 20-23 June, directly following the last day of the preconvention meeting.

Cost
=============================
The Rotaract Preconvention Meeting is included in your registration fee for the RI Convention. Be sure to take advantage of the early registration discount! Rotaractors who register prior to 15 December 2009 will pay US$75; those who register prior to 31 March 2010 will pay US$100; and those who register on-site will pay US$125.

Registration

Registration for the preconvention meeting will be accepted via post or fax only (online registration is not available for Rotaractors). To register, download the RI Convention Registration and Ticket Form (http://www.rotary.org/RIdocuments/en_pdf/c10_registration_form_en.pdf) and submit the completed form to your nearest RI international office along with the registration fee.
Please note that registrants who are citizens of countries requiring a visa to visit Canada will automatically receive a “letter of invitation” from RI in PDF format along with their e-mailed registration confirmation.
