Rotaractors are colleagues, neighbours, friends, leaders and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe; in our communities and in ourselves.
Rotaract clubs bring together students and young professionals ages 18 to 30 to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.
The Rotaract Club of Toronto was chartered on February 17, 1980, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Toronto. Members of Rotaract are people of diverse backgrounds, industries and interests, who want to develop their leadership skills, become active leaders in the community, and work together to make the world a better place. Our members enjoy a full calendar of volunteer activities, socials, and professional development opportunities.
How do I join?
We meet every other Monday evening from 6 to 7:30 pm, email us for a meeting location, come join us for a drink and meet new people while learning ways to develop yourself, both personally and professionally.
Let's Get Together!
What are you saying for Monday nights? Are you curious about Rotaract? Have dinner with us! We meet every two weeks in downtown Toronto. Everyone is welcome to join one of our general club meetings or a committee meeting. Our meeting locations currently rotate between different local venues and businesses we support. General meetings are a great way to meet some of our friendly members and get to know our organization and a little bit of what we do. There we will have fun ice-breakers, talk about current and upcoming activities, hear from a different inspiring guest speaker every time, and after we adjourn, we'll eat, have drinks, make new friends and exchange ideas.
